Why

The CBI reported that 12.8 million days are lost every year to workplace stress. This relates to  over £100 billion (approx 10% of Britain’s GNP) yet only 10% of companies have any official stress management policy.

Stressed employees are more likely to be inefficient, ill or leave. These factors  cost companies by way of sick pay, overtime, staff recruitment, training and possible loss of clients.
